Meeting with GSS One (Jiaro International) with Ron _ 5th Sept: Peter, Jerry and Jen also attended. They are aggregators with 25-30 brands on Amazon and 3 accounts on Walmart. One of the accounts, Jiaro international does about $100M on Amazon and $2M on Walmart. They have about 3000 products on Amazon and only 100 on Walmart. their ACOS on Walmart is 35% and Tacos is 20% with a goal to bring it down to 7%. Amazon A/T is less than Walmart. They have used Teikametrics ad platform and also tried Brand ads and haven't seen much success.

Meeting with Caravan Group - Nelson _ 6th Sept: They have 5 brands in Pet, and home category. They also sell on Etsy, Chewy. Use Zentail for product data and order data. Earlier they used ChannelAdvisor. Use Ship station for Shipping. Do PPC in house and don't use any software. For keyword tracking use H10 and Junglescout. They have A+ on 2000 SKUs out of 2500. Have a proseller and do FBA and WFS. About 170 Parent SKUs and 2300 Child SKUs. Amazon Rev - 30M and Walmart 1.5M
